Hazard information, handling precautions, and first-aid measures for chemical products used on Faithworks worksites. Printed copies are also kept in the SDS binder at each location.
Gasoline (All Grades)
Motor gasoline for equipment fuel. Extremely flammable liquid and vapor; may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways; causes skin and serious eye irritation; may cause cancer and genetic defects; suspected of damaging the unborn child. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame — no smoking; use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area; ground and bond containers.
Lucas Semi-Synthetic 2-Cycle Oil
Two-stroke fuel/lubricating oil for handheld equipment. Combustible liquid; may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Keep away from flames and hot surfaces; store cool, ventilated, and tightly closed.
Pool Essentials Chlorinating Liquid
Sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage; corrosive to metals. Store cool, ventilated, out of sunlight; do not mix with other chemicals.
Bio-Enzymatic Odor Eliminator RTU (Ecolab)
Ready-to-use enzymatic deodorizer. Not classified as a hazardous mixture. Wash hands after handling.
Scrub Free Bathroom Cleaner & Disinfectant (Ecolab)
Acid bathroom cleaner/disinfectant. Harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or on skin; causes severe burns and eye damage as sold. Use with ventilation and PPE.
FaciliPro Concentrated Industrial Degreaser (Ecolab)
Alkaline degreaser concentrate. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage as sold. Wear gloves and eye/face protection; store away from acids.
Peroxide Multi-Surface Cleaner (Ecolab)
Hydrogen-peroxide surface cleaner. Causes serious eye irritation; oxidizer. Wear eye protection; keep containers closed (contamination can build pressure).
Dawn Professional Dish Detergent (P&G)
Dish detergent. Causes eye irritation; contains ethanol (combustible, flash point 115–135°F). Rinse eyes with water if exposed; keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame.
